Overall management of vegetation for USFS District. Identifying and monitoring abiotic and biotic impact to vegetation within the District. Developing overall vegetation management strategy for the District covering commercial and non commercial products, improving existing conditions for wildlife, protect the public and wildlife from wildfire and other abiotic events. Move the overall the existing vegetation conditions towards desired conditions as defined in the Forest plan and District plan and develop implementation projects. NEPA and to support the desired condition vegetative conditions. Oversee Agreements and Contracts to implement the desired vegetative conditions. Review and oversee safety for employees, contractors and the general public as related to timber and vegetation. Work with other specialist to develop the District plan, NEPA and implementation of contracts agreements and other Federal, State, Private NGO, and other stakeholders to implement the District Plan and Contract and Agreements.
