Daily Duties at Jewish Family Services Asssociation:
Deaf Services Liaison - ensure rights and needs of the Deaf individuals and staff are met. Site Manager servicing Deaf individuals with mental health needs and developmental disabilities in their group home setting. Manager staff of 18 (permanent and on-call). Schedule staff shifts and individuals’ appointments and events. Interview, hire and train new staff. Recreate and maintain organization of all documentation and events for the individuals. Report to upper management multiple times a week. Ensure the home itself is up to date on all safety standards and contact those responsible to arrange any necessary work done to the house consistently.
