Daily Duties at Skechers :

Consulted with CEO and Board of Directors, regarding marketing initiatives, project management, customer service, communications, and media strategies. Achieved objectives by coordinating internal / external communications that aligned with ongoing strategic objectives; significantly increased public presence and authority, through cross-promotions. • Commissioned global consumer brand receptivity study to establish an approved brand extension licensing strategy to diversify Skechers from a footwear company into a fashion lifestyle brand; 59 new licensed partnerships signed over four years with $30MM in annual net profit realized. • Transmedia: developed and drove a character licensing program around the kid’s footwear business and new animated content; appointed Head of Skechers Entertainment Division. • Procured and negotiated brand marketing promotions with third parties; 2 McDonald’s Happy Meals, Proctor & Gamble and Kellogg’s promotions successfully executed.
