Daily Duties at Unisource Worldwide Inc.:
Managed six direct reports and collaborated on legal, finance, and risk management teams to structure, evaluate, and negotiate new leases, lease amendments, and deposition/sale of properties. Oversaw all fixed assets (real estate, delivery, and material handling) at 185 locations globally. Focused on retail, office, and 12,000,000 square feet of warehouse space and distribution centers located in North America and Poland, as well as sales offices located across North America, Europe, Asia, and South America. Coordinated CSA transportation compliance and procurement of delivery equipment such as tractor-trailers.
