Daily Duties at University At Albany:
Assigned to evaluate need for and feasibility of NCAA time management policy implementation, including collaborating with compliance personnel on monitoring capabilities. Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills interviewing administrators, coaches, and student-athletes to understand current practices and ascertain need. Compiled and analyzed multi-source data to create plan and policy in adherence with NCAA rules, detailing action steps with compliance software partner, and presented findings to Athletic Department Administration.
