• Recruiting o Maintained schedules of all prospects and certified events o Monitored all recruiting evaluations and contacts through JumpForward software o Coordinated and executed unofficial and official recruiting visits o Cultivated and maintained recruiting relationships with high school and AAU coaches o Recruited 2 SEC Freshman Team Selections • Marketing, Fan/Friend Development and Fundraising o Spoke to multiple civic groups outlining the vision of the program o Organized and executed a yearly Golf Classic o Secured monetary sponsorships for the Golf Classic o Established the Women’s Basketball Building Fund • Academic Development / Post Player Skill Development / Team Development o Established academic monitoring guidelines for all student-athletes in the program o Implemented academic success plans and monitored academic performance o Assessed post player skill, generated workouts and executed workout plans o Evaluated post play in games and recommend substitutions o Counseled post players for in-game technique and strategy adjustments and film critiques
