Daily Duties at University At Albany:
• Recruiting Coordinator o Organized all scheduling of evaluations, contacts, home visits and official visits o Implemented systems to track recruiting data using ARMS software o Developed and executed a fiscally responsible recruiting plan and monitored budget • Defensive Coordinator o Designed and orchestrated full team practices o Created and implemented team and individual drills for defensive improvement in practices o Developed and taught team defensive strategies in practice and scouting sessions o Evaluated and monitored defensive possessions during games and recommended adjustments • Perimeter Player Development Coordinator o Generated and taught offensive and defensive skill workouts for all guards o Conducted individual skill assessments, built and applied improvement plans for all guards o Evaluated guard play in games and practices through film critiques o Counseled guards for in-game technique and strategy adjustments o Four America East Selections / 2017 America East Conference Tournament Champions • Fundraising Coordinator o Planned, organized and executed the Inaugural Great Danes Bowling Classic • As Interim Head Coach, established and enforced program standards; monitored overall program budget and purchasing decisions; assigned team / individual workouts; orchestrated post-season team banquet; generated $14K towards International Tour by creating and executing highly-successful Great Danes Bowling Classic; and provided administration with weekly updates.
