Daily Duties at Nxp Semiconductors, Inc.:
Responsible for the equipment organization’s continuous improvements. Modify existing tool sets for enhanced and new capabilities. Enable NTI and NPI process and product development. Collaborate with finance department on all capital requests and submissions, and coordinate assets and asset transfers. Scheduled logistics for transfers up to and including loading of freight (PIT Forklift Certified). • Excelled at Contract Negotiations and Project Management (on a global scale) with documented savings of $13.9M cumulative at NXP. • Achieved a >100% utilization increase by re-purposing process tools, with 0.92 year Return on Investment, while moving forward with a savings of $4.4M year-over-year. • Conducted layout and CAD work for factory designs and workflow, resulting in reduction of expenditures and optimal factory space.
