•Responsible for corporate groups in western half of U.S., 21+ rooms peak and above (exceeded 148% of yearly goal ($1.2M) •Responded to inquiries, prepared proposals and contracts, attended and set-up sales calls for Hotel •Drove ADR by determining “best fit” business while increasing revenue implementing 10% attrition and above average group rate •Conducted site visits for future business and revenue for Hotel •Part of opening team, assisted asset manager with hotel licenses, marketing of hotel, photography and assisted in hiring of hotel staff
