•Established and built profitable relationships with corporate, talent, entertainment, leisure, tour and travel accounts to achieve guest satisfaction and to solicit past and new business to ensure all revenue goals (room nights, ADR, REVPAR, room rental, etc.) were met. •Accelerated revenue growth by fostering new business opportunities and managed daily revenue/yield (was able to partner with Conventions in LA area, American Heart Association, Fuji Films, Wilhelmina Models, Sony, HBO) •Collaborated closely with the Beverly Hills Convention Visitors Bureau and third parties to identify, promote, and secure future group business for the hotel. •Actively participated in managing FAM trips, sales trips and trade shows to promote Hotel.
