Daily Duties at Delta Marriott :
Directed a team of (3): CSM, 2-Sales Managers for full-service hotel. Pioneered the negotiation of room rates and food and beverage minimums to exceed Hotel’s ADR and budget (increased 12% over 2018/2019–increased corporate negotiated rates (secured corporate contracts with SC Johnson, CNH Industrial, Fiat, Cree and Putzmeister). Propelled an increase in meeting room rentals and banquet food prices by 20% to be aligned with the market (updated CI/TY).
