Coordinated off-shore system build and configuration, interface specifications, and implementation of Workforce Management as part of the overall project. LEIDOS HEALTH Senior Project Manager – Houma, LA 2014 – 2016 Westfield, IN Serve as Project Manager lead for 40-member team for 200-bed parish hospital $1M Lawson V10 enterprise-wide Finance and Procurement first-time implementation, including LSF, LBI, LSO, Landmark, and MSCM Project included full implementation lifecycle – design, build, test, train, security configuration, mobile supply chain, go-live, and month-end/quarter book close. Project included HL7 McKesson to EPIC interfaces, GE/API payroll, EDI data feeds, Process Flow, Process Automation, Fax Integrator, Motorola handhelds Managed vendor relationships with GHX, MHC, McKesson, Infor, Office Depot, Par Excellence Created comprehensive IT training plan for Sysadmins, Crystal reports, security, DBA’s, and Help Desk
