Daily Duties at Conn's Home Plus:

Responsible for company, regions and stores achieving sales revenue of $900M+. Had 80-90 stores within 5-6 Districts. Had 5-6 District Managers, 80-90 Store Managers, 80-90 Asst Mgrs and approx 1,100 salespeople.Planning for staffing and opening of new stores in the various market and new markets. Implemented and update all bonus programs for all DM's and Store Managers. Created and implemented a new SOP manual for the retail division. Revised and implemented sales training agendas for new hires. Integrated a new MIT training program. Ensured low-performing training was conducted for employees. Conducted MIT, manager, and district manager meetings and annual sales banquets. Staffing goals, performance goals, store operations.
