Daily Duties at Xerox:
• Supported warehouse and production systems at Xerox. • Directly addressed all issues that were infrastructure related including WAN/LAN, secure wireless systems and all desktop related problems on production machines • Led team of four to coordinate efforts of technicians providing 24 support • Managed a team of technicians, responsible for providing operations support to a Xerox parts replenishment warehouse in Webster, NY • Support of an American Turn Key warehouse application, automated conveyor system, tilt tray sorting system and an RF system that was too old for vendor support.
