• Started as Driver promoted to Transportation Management then Warehouse Supervisor • Supervised selection and shipping of product from frozen distribution center • Managed ~50 union employees in warehouse • Oversaw dispatching, monitoring and problem resolution for a very high volume of grocery, perishable and frozen food product on a daily basis • Supervised ~150 drivers
