Daily Duties at Various Companies:
Four Seasons Development CO., Carlisle Homes, and Village Builders o Estimated projects for development, building, erection & turn-key remodeling. o Led crew in commercial construction with included: clearing lot, hauling fill material, building pad, establishing drainage, installing piers and foundation, erect metal building, office build out, fencing and landscaping. Participate in safe work practices and follow OSHA rules and regulations. o Acted as the client’s liaison between sales and construction. o Sought out responsible trades while still performing under budget. o Brought homes in under budget while managing 15-20 homes. o Supervised building process from lot clearing to close of home. o Leader in best business practices and a leader in safety o Maintained good relations between trades, held them responsible for conforming to construction standards o Maintained excellent scheduling techniques while building 10-12 homes at a time. o Able to keep build time down while consecutively being a top producer. o Managed the building process from lot clearing to close of home.
