The process helped improve patient satisfaction with check-in time and paying bills on the phone application. ● Achieve super-user status with information services and becomes trainer for any applicable programs for the office practice. ● Ensured that all regulations for the clinic were met by scheduling annual visit on medical and dental equipment’s and provided infection control surveillance monthly.
