Grooming team members to be successful and exceeding initial expectations for performance. In the past year, I had two Patient Care Representatives get promoted to HR Assistant and to Community Outreach Coordinator. Trained two Nurses with VFC which helped me to train other nurses on accountability measures and new guidelines. ● Established an exceptional rapport with the medical, dental behavioral health and ancillary services teams which led to open and effective communication as well as improving processes without increasing workload. ● Provided support to front desk, clinical and billing staff as needed to improve patient satisfaction and flow. ● Created a more streamline process in Athena and Phreesia to help improve front desk process and billing. The process helped improve patient satisfaction with check-in time and paying bills on the phone application. ● Achieve super-user status with information services and becomes trainer for any applicable programs for the office practice. ● Ensured that all regulations for the clinic were met by scheduling annual visit on medical and dental equipment’s and provided infection control surveillance monthly.
