Mental Health & Chemical Dependency May 2003 – March 2020 Caron Counseling Services – Intensive Outpatient Treatment Wyomissing, PA Employment • Orchestrate Intensive Outpatient Group, Individual, Family, Health Care Professionals, and Codependency sessions. • Case Management - Complete Intake Evaluation, Bio/psycho/social Evaluation, Assessment, Treatment plans, Progress notes, Integrated and Discharge summaries. • Utilize ASAM Placement Criteria, LOCI Placement Criteria and DSMV Diagnostic Criteria. • Clinical Supervision of students and staff. • Alcohol and other drug informational lectures for patients and families. Developed curriculum for Gambling treatment, and Alcohol and other drug treatment. • Appeared on local television and town hall meeting for gambling awareness. • Developed and Orchestrate Gambling groups, individual sessions, relapse groups, aftercare groups, and family sessions. • Developed curriculum for Gambling treatment, and Alcohol and other drug treatment.
