Daily Duties at Tech Mahindra:
• Manage middleware programs and provide strategic and tactical solutions to the leadership team pertaining to middleware roadmap and application issues. • Lead risk management and mitigation, cost and ROI assessments, and analysis of potential compatibility issues with existing technology stack. • Provide leadership to the middleware team on planning, implementation, and issue management of various systems integration initiatives. • Working with client on migrating mobile applications from On-Prem to Cloud. • Led the migration of over 30 AT&T’s mobile apps suite backend from its legacy platform to an open source platform. • Leading a team of onsite and offshore engineers to manage and support over 30 AT&T mobile applications hosted across multiple technologies and platform. • Plan, schedule and supervise around the clock technology operations including emergency situations requiring the management’s attention after normal business hours to ensure continual operations • Partner with technology teams to engage business partners and vendors in developing technology / product strategies • Evangelized and led the team in introducing various best practices including adoption of apps/software installation standards using AT&T Frameworks and Tools (AFT) and Software Manager (SWM) • Monitor workload of staff to ensure team members are consistently managed and challenged • Mentor onsite and offshore teams for efficient and fast resolution of customer issues • Received Valuable Team Player award for providing highest level of Customer Satisfaction and maintaining a 99.999% availability SLA
