Daily Duties at Tech Mahindra:
• Managing over 30 Mobile applications used in iOS and Android devices on Development, Test and Production environments. (Mission Critical and Non-Mission Critical). • Responsible for smooth deployments of Mission critical application during the Quarterly releases. • Re-structuring the infrastructural components involving Weblogic servers, Apache servers, Tomcat servers from Unix to Linux environment. • Configured Weblogic servers using SWM package. • Involved in designing and implementation for new Mobile applications having more than 200 servers including Jboss servers, Apache servers for all the 3 environments – Development, QA and Production. • Responsible for smooth running of mobile applications used by various AT&T customers on their iOS, Android and Blackberry devices • Mentored onsite and offshore teams in efficient and fast resolutions to customer issues. Achieved an improvement in Customer Satisfaction level. • Received Valuable Team Play award for providing highest level of Customer Satisfaction with a CSAT score of 4.73 and maintaining a 100% SLA.
