Served as the trusted advisor to the client. Provided design recommendations to the Chief Development Officer of DIAL (the owner) for appropriate decision making. Led coordination and collaboration with all stakeholders and regulatory agencies, contractors, architects and engineers, other consultants and inspectors involved in the project. Prepared benchmarking and customer service solutions for the client review and considerations. Managed complete design process for compliance with the master plan, and to achieve scope, schedule & budget. Chaired design review meetings for Terminal building, finishes review meetings, meetings for the implementation of the complete master plan. Managed review and evaluation of the tender submissions with EPC contractor for all architectural & interior finishes and building systems packages. Managed Construction change process for issuance of appropriate instructions e.g. Design/ Construction Change Directives, Change Orders to the EPC contractor, Coordinated decision making for the design and construction issues for the client. Managed the owners’ architectural design review team of 8 staff members and design consultants for architectural, interior design, lighting design, signage vertical transportation, Aviation systems (PBBs, EVIDs, BHS) and landscaping. Director for scope management. Contributed to the value engineering exercises.
