My final position with Yamaha Motors was Division Manager of Sales Operations for the US with 15 direct staff members and dotted line responsibility for regional order processing. Staff oversight for order processing, new program development, management financial reporting, dealer development and dealer incentives, national convention planning and implementation, Inventory routing to seven public warehouses and allocation to dealer clients, internal and external communication on numerous topics and all IT upgrades related to financial and operational reporting except Accounting related. Prior positions includes Asst. Division Manager, Department Manager, Supervisor and Coordinator.
