Daily Duties at Konica Minolta Business Solutions:
Responsible for cost and performance quality analysis as de facto regional operations manager and on going guidance for 23 branches, 28 managers and over 400 technical staff of the Service Division in the West Region. On going reporting daily to expense against budget performance for parts/supplies/freight and other ancillary expenses that required investigation and management as well as ensuring that staff followed up on any open items. Ensured completion of all regional staff field training encompassing online webinars as well as bi-annual physical car/parts locker inventories including reviewing any "out of tolerance" staff issues. C-Level periodic reporting to support sales efforts in high volume equipment as well as other ad hoc duties. Dotted line responsibility for counseling and mentoring Branch Service Managers as required. Provided backup support to Financial Analyst on all sales pricing proposals and/or RFP reviews for exception based requests along with supporting data collection for annual budgets as needed.
