Daily Duties at Sigue Corp.:
Executive Assistant to Guillermo de la Viña, CEO and Chairman of Sigue Corp. Responsibilities include managing the office, maintaining outlook calendars including scheduling meetings and conference calls. Making travel arrangements, preparing correspondence. Code invoices for payment. Maintain filing system of all pertinent documents and department reports. Serve as a liaison between the department and various Corporate and Field Staff as well as vendors, salespeople, applicants, etc.
