• Provided Integrity Coaching training through Integrity Solutions to build managers into strong leaders and coaches while giving them knowledge, skills, and tools to increase peoples’ performance. • Led, coached, and trained product development and marketing teams while ensuring effective campaign management and promotion of products, services, and brand. • Worked with ad agencies on creative assets and with vendors for the deployment of mail, digital assets, email campaigns, etc. along with launching new branding campaigns, grand openings, and internal marketing brand communications. • Analyzed daily operational metrics to monitor operational efficiency, equipment utilization, business software, and different platforms, performance, procedures, and profitability. • Conducted market research to identify trends and business development opportunities as well as competitor activity along with developing and implementing marketing strategies, sales plans, budgets, pricing, and product launches. • Created specific segmentation strategies and programs to increase brand sentiment and deepen member relationships. • Developed ideas and managed projects for new and profitable businesses along with identifying, evaluating, and implementing new and important market opportunities. • Oversaw creation and management of all appropriate documentation to efficiently manage marketing campaigns including, promotional and educational materials, business cases, strategic briefs, and campaign ROI presentations.
