Daily Duties at Iap:
• Managed, Supervised, Organized 183 customer flight arrangements into centralized data base (GATES) Inventory System. • Directed customers to scheduled travel times, updates and cancellations, transportation connections, visa requirements. • Examined passenger documentation to give informed guidelines on best flight availability, assign boarding pass, disclose custom’s policy and procedures regarding Army Regulations for military gear, weapons, and additional supplies. • Provided directives regarding inquiries involving scheduling of current flights and accommodations for upcoming flights. • Utilized GATES, ICAO, IATA, FAA, ATTLA, and military processes to organize and to provide expert flight scheduling.
