Daily Duties at Ibm:
● Led staff of 20 employees and instructed clients on best practices including support and audit compliance, meeting business needs, and ensuring cost efficiency ● Developed and led security related processes and technical configuration projects; created and evaluation documentation of security-related processes and procedures; tracked and monitored remediation of audit findings; and spearheaded post-transition steady state model for the IBM/client relationship ● Delivered system level RACF support for multiple internal and external accounts ● Evaluated and made sound issue resolution suggestions for incidences of high severity and evaluated systems to ensure compliance with all standards including SOX, PCI, and HIPAA
