● Managed service for critical areas of a $100M public sector account including for the ID administration (IAM), incident management, service desk, and change areas ● Coordinated with account executives to control service level agreements, projects, and requests for service ● Facilitated projects related to delivery areas and functioned as liaison between IBM delivery teams and Delivery Project Executives ● Reported directly to the Delivery Project Executive
