Daily Duties at Ibm:
● Supervised IBM internal teams in the delivery of mainframe products and services to a major transportation client and ensured quality control to maintain client satisfaction ● Advised as subject matter expert to other analysts; for tools, processes, and operational procedures; mainframe and mainframe tools methodology related to products and services; and operations and technical issue resolution specialist ● Catapulted sales initiatives by leading service level agreements; ensuring quality control standards were met to retain customer satisfaction; and acting independently to negotiate specific objectives
