Market Access Marketing Account Manager: Novartis, Novo Nordisk, Insmed • Led account management and internal cross-functional teams for up to four brands across 4 therapeutic areas and up to different manufacturers concurrently. • Developed strategies in conjunction with Managing Partner and presented recommendations to clients for annual planning in order to grow business and inform SOWs. • Worked cross-functionally with creative and analytics teams to support the development of personal promotional materials as well as materials for educational campaigns targeted at HCPs and patients, working cross-functionally with creative and analytics teams. • Created and led a design thinking workshop for a CAR-T product with two indications in order to streamline a 60+ page value proposition down to 10 pages. Pitched idea to Leadership Team and Managing Partner in order to get buy-in, creating a new revenue stream for the company. Helped inform market research with Payers and Legislators in order to determine essential messaging. • Collaborated with creative team to develop streamlined value propositions for a Payer and a Legislative audience. • Presented plan to two Managing Partners and received approval to start internal Think Tank for Client Services as a knowledge sharing platform to further development and identify efficiencies. • Managed budgets and accrual processes.
