Developed enabling analytical test methods for routine chemical identity and characterization for pancreatin API and heparin for cGMP compliant. • Developed test methods to characterize new drugs developed and validated test methods such as Hyperchromicity Assay, ELISA, Enzymatic Assays, SDS Page, Western Blot etc. • Created analytical test method to meet USP requirements, validate developed test method and transfer analytical test method to end users such as Anti-Factor IIa, Xa, IXa etc. • Trained several analysts and scientists in chemical identity and analysis. • Established close collaboration with members of quality and regulatory teams, and external partners, universities. • Managed technical discussions, activities, reports, patents and documentations for product development. • Served on United States Pharmacopeia (USP) Council of Experts Committee Expert Panel member for (2005-2010) terms and (2010-2015) terms.
