Define RF architecture and corresponding requirements, then lead first WiMAX internal CPE development utilizing internal and external resources out of 7 different geographic domestic and international locations to deliver first Motorola WiMAX CPE in 15 months. Additionally drove SW teams for new features and issue resolution several years after initial product deployment, supporting devices in US, Mexico, South America, Europe, and Middle East.
