Daily Duties at Specified Design Systems:
1099 Contract with General Motors Worldwide Facilities Group-WFG • Managed Powerhouse & WWT Operations • Managed Construction Contracts • Contractor Safety Management FMEA – Preparation and Review • Performed Contractor Safety Audits • Substation Switchgear Maintenance • Planned & Supervised Misc. Facilities Maintenance Projects • Develop Bid Documents & implementation plans for each energy reduction activity / project • Monitor energy consumption to budget • Forecast utilities consumption • Develop utilities budget • Facilitate energy conservation meetings • Develop presentations on energy usage / savings • Drive 4.5% corporate energy reduction goal and implementing various mechanical & electrical projects for production increase / enhancements
