Efficiently performed monthly closings- included balancing pre-paid, fixed assets, accruing A/P, investments and other balance sheet accounts and intercompany work. Effortlessly prepared all accounts and responsible for billing activities such as dorm rent, apartment rent, and tuition. Entrusted with the role to provide customer service, analyze cash position for both companies and special projects, included working with external Audit staff throughout the year. Responsible for construction accounts and required adjustments of budget allotments for Seminary.
