Us Internetworking Work Values

Daily Duties at Us Internetworking:

• Managed a staff of 14 (USA Based) to support 4000 clients servers and applications around the world. • I remotely managed a staff of 14(India Based). • Coordinate with Vendors for trouble calls and contract issues. • Practiced (ITIL) Incident Management continually. • Practiced ITIL Problem Management • Practiced ITIL Change Management. • Documented and published Process and Procedures so that there was a standard of operation to adhere to. Per ITIL best practices. • Performed platform support for Solaris, HPUX, Linux and Windows OS’s. • I was a major contributor to the company reaching a 99.9% SLA with it’s clients for the last two years by implementing new standards, processes and procedures. • Performed routine “Root Cause Analysis” on issues, and contributed the results to the Problem Management Known Error Database. • Performed KPI trending analysis on multiple levels. Set and maintained supporting standards and policies. • Created training docs and Power-Point presentations to train staff of new procedures, technology, process, etc… • Created a New-Hire training program. • Created training and performance programs. • Created a turnover tool that pulled data from the database of the critical issues of the day and then published and e-mailed it to the General Managers, and VP’s of the company. • Worked with other departments on a weekly basis to find ways that we can all work more efficiently together. • My staff was responsible for monitoring and environment using Netcool, creating a problem ticket and then resolving the issue. This isn’t as easy as it sounds. Lead the “Tools and Automation” committee. • Wrote queries to Oracle databases to collect raw data for KPI reporting. • Administered SAN storage on the server side of the configuration for our enterprise environment
