• Began in the role of Talent Production Assistant, moving to Coordinator to Manager to Producer within 5 seasons • Cast all talent, between designers, guest judges and models • Maintained numerous budgets • Lead large staff and scheduling of production shoots as well as judges shoot day schedules • Created elements for story development and implementation
