Daily Duties at Kitson & Partners:

• Responsible for homebuyer acquisition promotions supporting real estate sales efforts for ten local to national builders including four estate builders (Arthur Rutenberg Homes, Divco Custom Builders, Florida Lifestyle Homes, and Stock Classic Homes) with high-end, luxury products. • Developed and executed all aspects of 28 acclaimed town events in one year (ex. Hot Air Balloons over Babcock Ranch, Babcock Ranch Festival of Kites, Babcock Ranch Art Show, Dragon Boat Challenge, etc.) with combined attendance of 13,909 visitors, of which 4,737 registered at the sales center, an integral step in advancing the Babcock Ranch brand and in generating real estate sales traffic, qualified leads, and sales. • Contributed to 180+ signed home contracts resulting in sales of $58M+ • Drove traffic to retail outlets owned and managed by Kitson & Partners, partnerships resulting in retail sales • Assisted SVP of Sales & Marketing to coordinate with external consultants, including public relations, advertising, and media agencies, to provide project communication, create builder prospecting opportunities, and promotional campaigns to support brand marketing strategies and sales • Spearheaded production of the quarterly town publication, The Telegraph (www.babcockranchtelegraph.com/category/e-edition/); provided input on story lines and feature suggestions including the direction/ feedback/ quality control of editorial content with the publisher, Florida Weekly • Supported the non-amenity signage program, including but not limited to event signage, directional signage, lot signage and entry monument signage in coordination with the development team • Played the lead role in assuring the company’s trademark and brands were accurately and appropriately used in all marketing event collateral materials across all Babcock Ranch retail and business entities, including our ten individually distinct builders
