Daily Duties at American A Irlines:

Assume key accountability for administering all aspects of small to medium projects, such as Electronic Miscellaneous Documents (EMDs) and Pre-Paid Baggage (PPB), Single Sign On Customer Portal, Donate Miles, DM Cupid Re-association Cutover (SFFP), DM Security Known Traveler (SFFP), Regional Carriers (PSS), VI* Cupid to VCR matching (PSS), Merchandising Early Upgrades, and Trillium 15 Upgrade. Oversee daily stand-ups and scrum ceremonies for team members, while facilitating longer term planning exercises, including road mapping, release/sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospective to deliver quality end products. Streamline invoices and cost tracking process for vendor partner. Provide weekly/monthly status reports to senior management and key stakeholders, while managing an internal “formalizing project management processes” project. • Led the successful standardization and migration of 60+ backend and 15 MQ applications from EOS hardware to new Virtual Machines (VMs); installed the applications in dual data center environments for disaster recovery validation. • Executed superior Master Customer Data Management tool that facilitated improving matched accuracy from 25% to 78% in creating central records of customer and avoiding duplication of data.
