• Managed a quality assurance team (consisting of up to 11 Test Engineers concurrently) for EHI’s Rental Financials, Citation Management System, Workbrain, AS/400, PS Financials, HR and Benefits implementations • Coached / mentored team leads to be more effective with managing direct reports • Engaged in significant interaction with business users and IT teams, as continual coordination and prioritization was needed to support the QA efforts for a wide breadth of systems, while having a limited number of resources available • Managed many concurrent and complex quality assurance and user acceptance efforts, and their testing environments • Promoted use of the Rational Unified Process (RUP) software development methodology
