• Lead Tower Tech 2008 -2009 • Led my crew to be the #1 installation, troubleshooting and testing crew in the T-Mobile test market, Kansas City • Foreman 2009 - 2013 (Won Foreman of the year 2013) • Successfully trained my crew and other crews to be the “best” for AT&T and T-Mobile • AT&T projects include 1st through 6th carrier projects, raw land sites, tower equipment upgrades • T-Mobile projects include Modernization, G1900, U1900, L1900, L2100, NSB, Tower MODs’ • Construction Superintendent June 2013 - Nov. 2014 • Managed in-house team of 4 to 10 crews and led to successfully complete sites from start to finish meeting milestones from civil to the tower top while I worked on several projects simultaneously • COP deliverables all successfully completed with little to no return site visits • Site walks, bid walks, material ordering • Budgeting labor and material costs with attention to detail in order to stay within budget and have little to no change orders
