• Pre-con walks with general contractors, subcontractors • Redlined construction drawings for changes on pre-con walks • Monitored GC operations to ensure on time and quality construction • Successfully conducted routine quality audits, verify progress and initiated corrective actions • Reviewed COPs from the GC for 100% accuracy to obtain TMO approval • Mod upgrades • Spearheaded L600/L700 and Anchor projects meeting all milestones successfully
