Daily Duties at Elevate Credit:

• Introduce Agile values, principles & practices to create better collaboration & transparency between multiple scrum teams. • Facilitates and monitors scrum ceremonies, planning sessions and scrum of scrums, as necessary. • Use Agile Survey as a tool to identify level of maturity of the scrum team. • Identify areas of improvement (Agile Survey) from a team level facilitated a conversation on account of titems to work on from sprint to sprint (add action items to sprint backlog). • Use working agreement to promote transparency and self-management. • Cultivate and promote the use of culture of relentless continuous improvement. • Remove impediments and escalate when needed. • Coaching and mentoring other Scrum teams on the application of Agile practices alongside using Scrum and Kanban techniques to optimize the flow of work items. • Coaching and mentoring Product Owners on Agile product concepts including story mapping and backlog management. • Facilitates effort in moving Epics, stories, and bugs to a new JIRA system working with our India colleagues. • Ensure Epics and stories created by Product Owner are well-details (acceptance criteria and description are clear) before presenting them to the team for refinement. • Attend Agile meetups with teammates every other month to promote the Agile process and discuss highlights of event during Sprint Retrospective. • Encourage practices that help scrum teams reduce technical debt sprint (Pair Programming, Code Review, Refactoring etc). • Collaborated with Product Owners and the Teams to deliver each Sprint on time with zero defects. • Collaborate with the team to perform in-depth root cause analysis whenever any User Story fail and for any general issue.
