Daily Duties at Hay House Inc.:

Define vision and objectives for core IT operational capabilities and the management of the IT architecture, applications, databases, servers, and associated technologies across 4 US locations and 2 global locations to achieve key performance objectives. Oversee the development of risk management strategy and controls to mitigate exposure to technology threats. Coordinate the recruitment, training, and development of new and current onsite IT personnel to drive the continuous improvement of IT capabilities necessary for achieving improved performance and organizational effectiveness. Lead the development and implementation of tactical plans, policies, and procedures required to support and enhance daily IT operations in the assigned locations. Coordinate the planning, monitoring, and allocation of $800K budget for the company’s IT infrastructure and operations. Manage operations across a multi-platform environment with 8 physical servers and 3 VMware hosts as well as 48 virtual servers to support 115 US users and 25 global users. Create a clear and scalable IT strategy that aligns with the organization’s goals and demonstrate the ability to develop, lead and motivate a high performing IT team capable of delivering ambitious IT goals and benchmarks.
