Daily Duties at Connexion Point :
Do tech chats to assist agents with issues. Troubleshoot headset issues, escalate issues as needed to various levels of support. Perform desktop services and re-imaging of computers - Assist customers with enrolling in Medicare Health plans. Also assist with gathering information and routing call to the correct department.
