Oversee radio frequency spectrum and electromagnetic testing and certification throughout Eastern region. Lead strategic execution for Global Spectrum Management initiatives and ensure on-time and within budget delivery of compatibility testing for multiple platforms and aircraft development. Served as program leader, steered completion of compliance assessments, electromagnetic sweeps, and lab shield testing to ensure adherence to all internal and DOD regulations. Designed several training courses on frequency management to achieve value integrator performance
