Daily Duties at Enterprise Holdings, Inc.:
• Reported Directly to the General Manager & Vice President of Finance • Edited and Approved Rental Agreement Contract along with Terms and Conditions to guarantee limited liability exposure and guarantee a path of recovery in all situations related to all brands daily rental operations (Biannually) • Performed in-depth research, investigations, and recommended strategies to resolve operational problems while focusing on preventing additional costs • Reviewed/Approved all new business and renewed business rental, vendor and government contracts for all brands to ensure compliance and limitation of liability • Accurately reported multiple portions of the businesses overall monthly financial statement covering approximately $3M in cost • Completed quarterly statistical reviews of 400+ rental car operations to realize customer trends, loss patterns and operational variations leading to proposals for operational sales and underwriting changes • Developed, deployed, and implemented multiple customer accountability strategies through managed employees to curb cost trend/behaviors that were discovered during quarterly reviews. Annual savings of $2M avg from 2014-2019 • Analyzed results of accountability strategies and adjusted strategies regularly in scenarios where market challenges resulted in little to no savings • Developed, deployed, and enhanced procedures to reduce institutional exposure to fraud while overseeing local internal audit efforts • Internal Fraud reduced by 80% after Internal Audit Policies were implemented and executed • Directly managed EHI FL Employee Contributed PAC funds ($2M Annually). Reported collection efforts and decided how funds were allocated based on legislative efforts and needs • Drafted legislation and proposed amendments that ultimately were successfully passed into legislation to reduce vehicle owner liability expenses of upwards of $50M annually (2017) • Developed and strengthened political partnerships with Senate and House leadership to further agendas • Maintained current understanding of local, state and federal guidelines for all levels of management
