Daily Duties at Level 3 Communication / Century Link:
I managed the relationship and execution of all interactions between a Fortune 10 Customer account and Level 3 Communication/CenturyLink.. I supervised the sales of local, national, and global communications services to enterprise and government customers. This consists of a comprehensive portfolio of secure managed solutions, Internet connectivity, Data Center Services, Dark Fiber, Voice Solutions, and all infrastructure solutions. Some of my responsibilities included communication and teaming with an extended global team to ensure unified, congruent approach to account sales, strategy, and implementation. • Initiated and implement a sell with partnership which includes Network Security, Voice over IP, and a Cloud offering. I also managed the sell to and sell through initiatives including new pursuits and installed base. I negotiated all contracts between Level 3 and the customer.
