Daily Duties at Eco Tox Llc:
• Conducted all aspects of business including permitting, consulting, bidding, billing, sales, field investigation, site sampling, report writing and submittal of reports to the appropriate private, corporate and/or governmental agencies. • Oversaw all aspects of project execution, including progress of each phase, quality of workmanship and team performance to drive on-time completion of deliverers. • Established, enforced and updated policies keeping business agile and responsive to changing market conditions. • Communicated, organized and scheduled project work plans for private, corporate and governmental agencies minimizing budget and maximizing results. • Maintained city, county and state contracts. • Investigated and sampled properties for possible pollution in soil, water, asbestos, lead in paint, air born particulate, radon and toxic mold. • Implemented site safety programs in accordance with contract requirements and applicable regulations. • Qualified competitive subcontractor bids to determine capability and resources to perform bid work. • Identified client business and operational needs and introduced services to provide solutions.
