Daily Duties at Derwood Bible Church:
Established vision and leadership, and oversaw organizational development and program creation/implementation for Youth Ministry, providing spiritual enrichment and guidance to 120+ teens in 6 years’ time. Created all developmental and educational programs, courses and curricula, and supervised, trained and mentored 20-member adult volunteer leadership teams that had profound positive impact upon program attendees. Developed and produced 200+ 2 to 10-minute video projects that significantly enhanced youth programs, Sunday services, sermons, missions and events. • Produced, shot and edited DINNER AND A MARRIAGE for local cable broadcast, a 30-minute 8- part series describing, teaching and encouraging couples to embrace the principles of a Biblical marriage. • Established annual Youth Leaders Banquets to celebrate, encourage and develop volunteer youth workers. Attended by an average of 60 volunteers and spouses per year, events inspired deep loyalty and renewed commitment to service. Produced compelling video content for each event.
