Daily Duties at Healogics, Inc.:

Provided oversight and management for 4 outpatient departments and about 50 clerical and professional staff. Directly managed and was held accountable for all business and financial operations for hospital inpatient, outpatient, and outreach wound care and hyperbaric oxygen programs. Developed and coordinated budgets, monitored cost and performance, service levels and quality metrics to ensure goals and objective were met.
